Description: As an expressive arts therapist, facilitator and/or educator I open a space for creative exploration, growth and reflection. Always meeting people where they are at, I work organically with each person or group. I see myself as a guide that leads people towards a deeper understanding and expression of their essence. My work is interdisciplinary reflecting various areas of study and global travel. Whether working with children or adults I believe in engaging the power of play as a way of cultivating self-discovery and greater health!
