Expressive Arts Therapist
I work in the west end of Toronto, the Junction area, and my hours of operation vary.
I work mostly with children and youth one-on-one, as well as groups of seniors and adults.
People come to me to work on some of the following issues: self-esteem, self exploration/expression, intimacy issues, eating disorders, grief, loss, identity issues, depression, learning, emotional and behavioural challenges, developmental delays, and difficulties with life transitions.

A.M.I. Montessori Teaching Diploma
Certificate in Adult Education from University of Manitoba
Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy, ISIS Canada
Additional training: CPR/First Aid, narrative therapy for anxiety with children and youth, narrative therapy for trauma, crisis prevention intervention, suicide prevention and intervention, psychotherapy and the arts training.
Professional affiliations: Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association
Areas of expertise & experience: Working with children and youth who have experienced trauma, and transitional, emotional, learning and behavioural challenges. I also work with people with developmental disabilities and seniors.
Arts Practice: Visual arts, collage, sculpture, mixed media, dance/movement, hula hooping, play, puppetry, story telling, music ( novice level) and poetry
