I have almost 40 years of practice experience which has included regular supervision, both from peers and from professionals. For thirty years, I worked in a clinical setting (now Gary Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health) where I received regular weekly supervision from a clinician senior to me. I also provided supervision to students on placements at the agency from University of Toronto School of Social Work as well as student from The CREATE Institute. For several years, I taught a supervision training at The CREATE Institute. Currently I have an on-line supervision practice.
