I offer integrative therapy for adults and teens over 16, focusing on areas like grief & loss, neurodivergence & trauma, nervous system regulation, creative exploration, and meaning-making.


My practice blends expressive arts, neurobiological techniques, and holistic care tailored to each client’s journey. I work with individuals who are ready to explore their creativity, identity, and life's deeper questions. For expressive arts therapy students, I provide a supportive space to deepen personal and professional growth, with a limited number of sliding scale spots available to make therapy accessible during your training.
