Expressive Arts Therapist
My approach is playful, relational and client centered.  I’m a strong advocate for creating from whatever is available.  Low skill/high sensitivity is the name of the game.  If you are feeling lost or stuck, isolated, confused or sad; if you are grieving a loss of any kind; if you need some inspiration to kick-start that new project or make a change in your life; if you are curious about expressive arts therapy in nature, contact me to arrange a chat.

Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy, The CREATE Institute (2023)

Additional training:
MFA, Eco-expressive Arts Therapy certificate, Dementia Learning Experiences, Living Works Start

Professional affiliations:
RP (Qualifying), CRPO,  OEATA,  IEATA

Areas of expertise & experience:
I have worked with children, adults and couples on issues that include loss and grief, stress, and life changes/transitions including post-partum, ageing, menopause.

I offer Expressive Arts Therapy to adults, seniors, kids, in groups, individuals or dyads (couples, siblings).

Arts Practice:
Primarily visual arts: mixed-media, fibre/textile, sculpture, painting also sound, dramatization, story-telling, writing, PLAY.

           
Location:  Simcoe County and Online


Fee: $125- $150    Sliding scale: Yes ($40-$125 online;  $50-$150 in person)
