I am an expressive arts psychotherapist whose practice weaves together creativity, resilience, and lived experience. I have studied drawing, painting, abstraction, sculpture, art history and expressive studio practices as well as ongoing explorations in wellness and integrative health. My therapeutic practice has evolved from navigating complex emotional landscapes through the arts, integrating creativity with storytelling, and lived experience. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the healing potential of the arts. With a background that spans psychology, religion, the fine arts, and community service, I support clients in exploring their self-expression, resilience, and transformation.
