9.   CREATE TUITION PAYMENT PLAN  2025-2026

All students are required to choose one of the three plans, sign and submit the signed Tuition contract to the administrator on or before the registration deadline dates:  Yr. 1 - August 30   /    Yr. 2 & Yr. 3 - September 5 

Students cannot join their class until the contract is signed and submitted with payment.

Payment Schedule   2024-2027 tuition fee amounts: $7370 (Domestic) and $8690 (International student- ISP)
  1.)    Pay in full: 
               Year 1:  $6,870.00* ($7370 - $500)     /     Year 2:  $7,370.00  ($7900 ISP)      /     Year 3:  $6,700.00** ($7900 ISP)
  2.)    Instalments of two:
                Year 1:  $3,435.00*     /       Year 2:  $3,685.00  ($3950 ISP)       /        Year 3:  $3,350.00** $3950 ISP)
  3.)    Quarterly payments: 4 x payments
               Year 1:  $1,717.50*     /      Year 2:  $1,842.50  ($1975 ISP)       /     Year 3:  $1,675.00**( $1975 ISP)

* Yr. 1 students are required to pay an initial payment of $500.00 upon acceptance to the program.  This has been deducted from the balance owing and is reflected on the Year 1 payment plans.   
** Tuition fee amount for those who started the program in 2020 - 2023.

Yr. 3 students, must have their full tuition paid by April 15th, 2025 to be eligible for graduation. 

Yr. 1 & Yr. 2 students must have their tuition (including any NSF or Late Fees) paid in full no later than May 15th, 2025.  Any student carrying a balance after this date will not be able to advance to the next year until all fees are paid.

Additional Fees:  Annual Materials Fee $50.00 (amount added to tuition contract)


9 a)  Methods of payments
        Fee payments can be made by e-transfer (preferred method).
        If unable to pay by e-transfer, payments can be made by cheques, money orders or bank drafts.
       Credit card payments will be processed via Paypal, a 3% processing fee is applied.

9 b)  Late Fee
There will be a penalty of $25 per month, for each late or cancelled payment.

9 c)  NSF Policy: 
There will be a $25 fine for each cheque put on hold by the student or returned NSF.  A certified replacement cheque or bank draft must be sent to the office ASAP to cover these funds and the NSF fine.

9 d)  Tax Receipts:
A tax deductible tuition receipt (T-2202) will be issued in February 2026 to each student enrolled in 2025. 
All students are responsible for keeping accurate records of their tuition payments and filing their own taxes. 

The CREATE Institute assumes no responsibility for any taxable benefits or monetary amounts received or declared to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). 
All reporting and compliance related to any CRA benefits are the sole responsibility of the recipient or student.

9 e)  Financial Hardship Petition and Alternative Payment Plan:
If a student is facing financial difficulty, they have the option to petition the administrator before August 20, 2025, by submitting a written request outlining their circumstances and proposing an alternative payment arrangement.  If this alternative payment plan is approved by the administrator (who reserves the right to a 
final decision).
All payment plans, regardless of any approved alternative arrangement, the payment schedule must be completed by May 15th. This ensures that students can meet their financial obligations in a timely manner and continue their studies without any disruption.

9 f)  Tuition Refund Policy    
In the event that a student decides to withdraw from the program, they are required to follow the withdrawal process (see 4h) established by CREATE Institute. 

All students who withdraw, including those who have been asked to withdraw from the program, are responsible for all fees owing, subject to the dates and regulations below as per, Fee Refund Policy as Prescribed under s.25 to 33 of O. Reg 415/06, Private Career Colleges Act, 2005 :
  • October 1st: Students who withdraw from the program after the first class but before October 1st will be responsible for paying $500.00 tuition fee.
  • October 15th: Students who withdraw from the program between October 1st and October 15th will be responsible for paying $1200.00 tuition fee.
  • January 15th: Students who withdraw from the program between October 15th and January 15th will be responsible for paying $3350.00 tuition fee.
  • Students who withdraw from the program after January 15th will be responsible for payment for the entire year’s tuition.
**Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action.
