Using Expressive Arts Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing, EFT and Gottman methods I ensure collaborative, empowering therapeutic experience by tailoring my methods to unique needs for transformative emotional well-being. My practice is LGBTQIA2+ friendly and with empathy as a course tool, we will explore the complexities of your emotions,thoughts, behaviors.
