4 f) Student Evaluation Policy
Student evaluations will be conducted by their faculty. The mid-year evaluation will take place in December or January, and the year-end evaluation will occur in May.
The criteria used for the evaluation of students includes:
1.) Participation
2.) Contribution to the Group Process
3.) Expressive Arts Competencies
4.) Theoretical Competencies
5.) Evaluation of written work
It is the student’s responsibility to meet these requirements and to ask for clarification where necessary.
Training Review
At the end of each year, the student's standing in the program will be reviewed by the faculty. Advancement is at the discretion of the faculty.
Good Standing
The student has completed all requirements of the year's training, is up to date with tuition payments and is ready to proceed to the next level of training, in the opinion of the faculty.

Difficulties/ Problem Areas
Students are responsible for dealing with problems related to their training directly with peers, advisors, faculty and/or therapist. In cases where important issues are involved and cannot be resolved through discussion with these individuals, the student may request a meeting with the Director.

Completion of Student files
Students are required to keep and maintain the following documents, which must be included in their student files at the end of each academic year.

- Completion of assignments form
- Tracking record end of each term
- Practicum- Contracts, log sheets, supervisor evaluation(s), Supervision/Practicum attestation forms
- Studio log sheets
- Proof of therapy (receipts or letter from therapist confirming hours/session)
- Year- end report for each year
