7. Studio Access/Booking and Rental Process
For Studio use: During the academic year, students can use the studio during the following designated times
before the class:
Yr. 1A and Yr.1B - Thursdays, 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Yr. 2A and Yr. 2B - Tuesdays, 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Yr. 3A and Yr. 3B - Wednesdays, 9:00AM – 12:00PM
For Clinic use: CREATE Studio is available for Clinic use, please check the Studio booking calendar for availability.
Please email your supervisor to book the studio. CREATE studio can be booked no more than one month in advance for clinic sessions.
For Independent Practicum: CREATE Studio is available for independent practicum use during June, July and August. Please contact the Practicum Coordinator to book your slot. Please note that art materials and musical instruments in the studio are not included, students are responsible for bringing their own.
