4 h) Student Withdrawal from Program Policy
In the event that a student decides to withdraw from the program, they are required to follow the withdrawal process established by CREATE Institute.
This process entails notifying the institute immediately.
1) Faculty and 2) Director of Administration of their decision to withdraw and by subsequently discontinuing attendance in all classes, intensives, and academic activities.
To ensure proper communication, students must also notify their academic advisor about their intent to withdraw.
For students with clients in the CREATE Clinic please advise the Clinic supervisor of the intent to withdraw
Importantly, students must submit a formal letter of resignation addressed to the CREATE Institute Director of Administration [email protected].
Failure to complete this notification process will result in the student still being considered enrolled in the program.
