As an expressive arts therapist, my work with clients offers a relational and creative approach to exploring our personal stories involving our bodies, emotions, minds and spirits. I hold a strong sense that even in our uniqueness, we are in fact part of a greater whole which we impact, and which impacts us. Finally, through expressive arts we can once again give ourselves permission to express ourselves creatively.
