The CREATE Institute offers a training program for Expressive Arts Therapists from mid-September through mid-May.
Note: The CREATE Institute has submitted our application in 2018 to the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Many of our graduates have been accepted as Registered Psychotherapists (R.P.). Acceptance as an R.P. enables practitioners to use the title Psychotherapist and to practice in accordance with the controlled act. Learn more about regulations and the College of Psychotherapists.

3-Yr Expressive Arts Therapy Training Program
This is an ongoing application process, in which we interview applicants on a first-come-first-served basis, from February to the summer, until we have filled the first year class with suitable candidates.
The program is designed to immerse students in an intensive, arts-based educational process that is beneficial for their professional development as expressive arts therapists, as well as for their personal and creative growth.
