Allanah LeFevre
My name is Allanah LeFevre, I am a CREATE graduate: In my personal practice I work with all mediums of artistic expression, from poetry, movement, visual, music and theatre.

My first love has always been in the visual arts, I believe that delving into the arts can help deepen our understanding of ourselves, others and the world around us. Finding a therapist that is right for you is the fist step in your therapeutic journey, for this reason I offer a free half hour consultation for you to meet me, get a feel for the space and to feel out if I am a good fit for you.

Credentials:
Social service worker (SSW) diploma obtained from George brown college
Expressive arts therapist certification from the CREATE institute

Personal affiliations:
SSW, EXAT, OEATA, OACCPP

Areas of expertise & experience:
Self esteem issues, anxiety & depression, obsessive behaviours, eating disorders, relationship building, grief and loss
All populations of people are welcome in my private practice
