  • I offer arts therapy and talk therapy including psychotherapy and counselling.
  • I also offer supervision for practicing arts therapists or psychotherapists
  • I facilitate a step mother’s support group
  • From time to time I offer Expressive Arts Therapy groups in my own office or in partnership with an agency.

Population served: I currently offer arts therapy, talk therapy, counseling to Women, Men, Trans People, Children & Youth in one-on-one, couples and groups.
Areas of expertise & experience: Clients seek my help in exploring issues such as low self-esteem, depression, social anxiety, anger, anxiety, perfectionism and eating disorders.  I work with clients to develop more holistic Emotional Life Skills in order to feel better prepared for future crisis or difficulties.
My work with Emotional Mindfulness; blending Mindfulness Meditation techniques with DBT and Arts Therapy is particularly helpful for those diagnosed with Personality Disorders ("Borderlines" welcome!) PTSD, Trauma and Eating Disorders.  
I also work collaboratively with families, going through a Separation or Divorce.  I can help all family members experiencing the separation to cope with grief and loss.  I also offer counselling support for parents to develop a successful co-parenting relationship.
