Expressive Arts Therapist


As an expressive arts therapist, my work with clients offers a relational and creative approach to exploring our personal stories involving our bodies, emotions, minds and spirits. I hold a strong sense that even in our uniqueness, we are in fact part of a greater whole which we impact, and
which impacts us. Finally, through expressive arts we can once again give ourselves permission to express ourselves creatively.


Credentials: 
  • Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts
  • Master’s Degree in Expressive Therapies
  • The Create Institute (formerly ISIS Canada) Training Certificate. 
Employed: As an Expressive Art Therapist at Toronto General Hospital since 2001; Private practice; Faculty of The Create Institute (formerly ISIS Expressive Art therapy training and Artist.

Population served: Individual expressive therapy, children, adolescents, adults, expressive art therapy
Areas of expertise & experience: Experience working with individuals with eating disorders/
disordered eating/ body image issues since 1994.
