Trish Sai-Chew

As an Expressive Arts Therapist, Trish has enjoyed supervising Create students in a variety of practicum scenarios. She has extensive experience in the past 18 years in both agency work and private practice, supporting those with anxiety, low self-confidence, grief and loss, disabilities, traumatic experiences, caregiver burnout and relationship conflict. Her approach is person-centred, strengths-based, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. Trish is also experienced in providing interactive, experiential group therapy and workshops.
